The CHCA Insurance Program evaluates and negotiates insurance services to ensure members have access to the most stable coverage in their market. CHCA works closely with Owner Hospitals to select a range of insurance partners with technologies and services to meet specific needs. CHCA also works individually with human resources and risk management executives to provide side-by-side comparisons of policies to help hospitals sort through the jargon and make real comparisons. Led by member steering committees, CHCA has developed a program that offers multiple insurance products in the areas of:
